Terms and conditions for local residential roof inspections only (within the locations listed below):
We are currently offering residential roof inspections in the Stockton / Lodi area for $150.00. The nearby cities listed below also qualify for this low cost roof inspection offer. Residential roof certificates / roof certification will be no added charge in the same cities as listed (all recommended repairs must be completed and roofs must be in a certifiable condition prior to issuing a certificate; certificates / inspection reports are not valid unless all monies owed to Big Tree Roofing for any particular project are paid in full). The maximum roof size to qualify for this inspection price is 5,000 square feet (in most cases). Re-inspection will be an added charge (if we do not perform the recommended repairs or re-roofing work). Repairs or roofing work needed would be an added charge. Roofs with no access or limited access may not be eligible for this price, or for inspection. Apartment complexes or residences with four or more units do not qualify for this pricing. Payment is due at the time of service or in advance of inspection. Reports will not be issued until we are paid in full. Exclusions apply. Our inspections and certificates do not cover areas under solar panels, and generally do not cover dry rot.
